Shipping Policy

Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO shipments, please check with the manufacturer regarding warranty and support issues.  Until further notice, Amore Intimate's international shipping services are disabled. 

There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations in the U.S. The locations include U.S. territories, protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), correctional institutions, and diplomatic posts (DPO).

These restrictions can be related to local/state laws and statutes hazmat materials, large and oddly shaped items or Amore Intimates policy. If you have a question about the shipping eligibility for a specific product, see the product,  shipping, or return details for more information.

You'll be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions. When possible, product detail pages filter out offers that can't be shipped to your delivery address.

Return & Exchange Policy

To inquire about a refund, please contact us and click the "Purchase" selection. Within the comment field, type either "Refund Request" or "Exchange Inquiry" and provide all your desired commentary. Items shipped from Amoreintimates.org are offered through retail affiliations (also called a third party seller) in which have a standard 30-day returned with receipt of shipment policy in most cases. Products  that adhere to different policies or have requirements associated with them, will be annotated in either the product, shipping, or return detail sections of the designated product page.  When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory, your return is sent back to the seller instead of Amore Intimates. 

 

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Amore will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost (If applicable).
